Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church, a progressive and leading Protestant church situated across from the Walker Art Center, is seeking a Faith Community Nurse to support the life of this vital congregation including its outreach program (The Dignity Center). The Faith Community Nurse will serve part-time (15-20 hours per week) and provide care to the congregation and outreach communities that integrates faith and health. The Faith Community Nurse will be part of the Caring Ministry Team and report to the Chaplain.
