- While most resources that MN Aging Pathways connects people to are for older adults (caregivers and medicare), all ages are welcome to use service.

- LAHN (Formerly Block Nurse Programs) transforms the landscape of healthy aging across Minnesota by empowering our community-based partners with resources, advocacy and collaboration. Members include SE Seniors, Northeast Seniors, Eastside Seniors,Hamline Midway Seniors, etc. Common services include offering companionship and social events, transportation, food services, household upkeep, and many more.
