Stepping On with FCNN

Stepping on leader training ankle weight demonstration

Stepping On is an evidence-based program that has been proven to reduce falls and improve confidence in older adults. The seven-session Stepping On workshops are facilitated by Leaders who have completed a three-day training course. Leaders with the Faith Community Nurse Network are FCNs and other health professionals. These Leaders serve hundreds of older adults in the Twin Cities Metro and Southeastern Minnesota every year.

If you are interested in becoming a Stepping On Leader, please contact Cheryl Lanigan, Program Director, at cheryl@fcnntc.org or 952-607-9820.
