Marcy Harris, BA, MA, JD
Marcy Harris is the director of Planning, Development, & Legal Services for Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in constitutional history from the University of Minnesota, and she earned her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Harris is a practicing attorney and certified ROMA trainer, and she has 20 years of experience as an advisor and legal counsel for non-profit organizations. Harris joined the FCNN board as a founding director in 2004.
